Years of Experience 0.01

Why did you become a formal taxi driver? How was your income over the past 10 years?

Mr. Ma: I’m getting older and older, I need social insurance to deal with disease and retire. I have lots of regular customer; always cheaper than other driver 10RMB at least, the key is no “fenzi” which saves me 4000RMB/month at least. For my job, the more you give the more you receive.

Did the police catch up with you? After all, that’s illegal.

Mr. Ma: Yes, several times. They impounded my car and I pay some money then went on my driving. I never cheat passenger, my customer trust me too.

Now you have a license. You’re free.

Mr. Ma: Yes, also I should work more time every day if I want earn money same as before.

New Loans. The People’s Bank of China said new local-currency loans in May reached 870.8 billion yuan or US$140 billion, significantly higher than estimates. This indicates to me the first month where Premier Li seems to put some more serious liquidity measures to work. Hence, those of you that still is worried about China meeting its growth targets for 2014, those concerns should be further eased.
